Rolling

In our services we include cold rolling of sheet metal plates to all profiles and shapes, as well as cold section rolling of steel and aluminium profiles on a heavy duty turntable. This enables us to fabricate all possible complex curves and shapes while maintaining strong structural integrity without cutting and welding where possible.

Welding

Materials in which Lentsoane Group specializes in are Aluminium, Stainless Steel and Mild steel and can perform welding in all three. Once the items are welded we also can offer the services of Powder coating, Polishing, Zinc Plating, Anodizing, Plastic Coating and Galvanizing. For all our clients structural fabrication projects we provide:

Fabrication

Lentsoane Group is renowned for quality sheet metal and structural fabrication work in Limpopo and Mpumalanga. Our experienced and innovative engineers together with our highly skilled manufacturing force can fabricate the most intricate designs. We are equipped with the latest CNC machinery that provides high precision tolerances of a millimetre and CAD/CAM (Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing) facilities.

Cutting

Lentsoane Group CNC precise machine cutting services give anyone the ability to create custom parts from a variety of materials with complex, intricate designs that are impossible to do by hand. We can laser cut almost anything you can draw, including sharp angles, smooth curves, small screw holes, and complex lace designs. Our state of the art CNC laser cutter is capable of cutting the following materials with extreme precision: 12mm Aluminium, 25mm Mild Steel and 16mm Stainless Steel up to 3 meters in length. We offer fast Laser cutting turnaround with competitive rates.
